Kimiko is the founder of SINEORA, a boutique consulting firm specialized in cross-border innovation and business development between Europe and Asia. Through her work, she supports corporates and high-growth startups in market entry, strategic partnerships, and international scale-up, while actively engaging with investor networks and startup ecosystems across regions.
Prior to founding SINEORA, Kimiko held senior leadership roles at Dassault Systèmes and Nokia, where she built extensive global experience in strategic alliances, indirect sales channel development, and digital transformation. As Vice President of Strategic Alliances and Global Indirect Sales Channels, she led international partner ecosystems and large-scale transformation programs, enabling business growth through reseller network expansion and go-to-market acceleration across multiple regions.
Her corporate experience provides her with deep insight into industrial trends, technology adoption, and the challenges of scaling complex organizations globally.
Kimiko has developed strong relationships across European and Asian innovation ecosystems, including corporates, government agencies, and venture stakeholders. She is actively involved in initiatives supporting Japanese startups’ global expansion and European companies entering Asian markets.
