Damien brings 25+ years of experience transforming businesses and industries through technology. He started his career at Atos, spending 10 years leading software development and ERP/CRM implementations. He then started his entrepreneurial journey :
- he co-founded Magellan Partners, a management consulting firm he developed during 6 years
- he co-founded Zelros, a startup specialized in AI for Insurance, serving as CEO for 10 years till the company’s acquisition by Earnix in 2025.
- in 2026, he co-founded Agely, a startup specialized in AI for the Silver Economy
Damien is a graduate of CentraleSupélec. He has lived and worked in France, India, and Canada.
