Complaint handling policy

This information is provided in accordance with the French Financial Markets Authority’s General Regulation and AMF Guideline No. 2012-07.

It informs shareholders or unitholders (hereinafter the “Clients”) of the procedure for handling complaints. This only concerns declarations arising from the Client’s displeasure with the industry professional, and it excludes requests for information, opinion, clarification, service, or performance.

We recommend that Clients request an acknowledgment of receipt when submitting a complaint.

  • Timeframes:

C4VM shall acknowledge receipt within 10 days, unless the complaint can be processed earlier. A final response will be provided within two months from the date the complaint is submitted.

If you are dissatisfied with the response to your complaint, you may refer the matter free of charge to:

Mediation procedures are confidential, free of charge, non-binding, and may be terminated by either party at any time. Before referring the matter to the Ombudsman, Clients must first contact C4VM complaint handler.

The data controller is C4VM.

Personal data collected through the newsletter subscription form (first name, last name, email address, company) are processed solely on the basis of the user’s consent, for the purpose of sending newsletters and occasional communications.

Data are retained for as long as the user remains subscribed and for up to three years after the last contact for prospecting purposes.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, delete, and oppose the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability.
