Complaint processing policy

Conflicts of interest policy

C4 Ventures has implemented a system of prevention, assessment and management of conflicts of interest. Information on this policy can be obtained by sending a written request to the company by post or by email. The final response is sent to the client within 2 months from the date the client's complaint is received, except in duly justified exceptional circumstances.
